An afternoon at the races

 We went down to the racecourse at Greerton and watched some horse racing. I was cheering them all on, it was awesome!

Eco sourcing

 It was good being back at the centre seeing my friends again. I went with the discovery group to the Matua salt marsh to see what NZ native seeds we could eco source to grow in our tunnel house. We bought some back to what we can identify. 

Op shop donation

 It was very rewarding getting to drop some stuff off to donate at the St Vincent op shop in Volunteer Wednesday. We even got a cool picture in front of some colourful stained glass which was cool!

Art Expo and Memorial Park

 What a way to end a week, spent at the Tauranga Boys College to admire the art displays at the expo, then we had an enjoyable time at Memorial Park.

A very sporty Tuesday

 Today we went for a swim at Greerton pools, I had fun walking laps of the pool practicing my swimming arms. Then we went to the gym! I love being active and working on my muscles!

Drama play

 It was fun when I went and watched my friends act in the drama play “Beauty and the beast”. I clapped for everyone on stage and even had a kanikani in my seat when the music came on! 

Blaze fitness

 I went to the gym again this week! I'm loving having the opportunity to learn how to use different machines to make me super strong!
