Bingo

It was so much fun at the bingo games day. My team won Bingo we all yelled out...”bingo” and I got a prize yum yum! Can’t wait to have more fun next year in 2020!

I went with my mates to see the art that was done on pizza boxes for World Homeless Day. My friend Shelley had one up on the wall! Choice!

Garden of Eden

Got to do some man work today out in the garden, I really like physical work as I have big muscles bro.

Table tennis

I had a go at table tennis this week in sports. I had to keep my eye on the ball and hit it back over the net.

Sports - obstacle course

What a fun time we had at the wooden obstacle course in Memorial Park. We timed ourselves in races and had competitions to see what we could do. Yeah! We pretended we were joining the army and doing an assault course.

Quiz Day

Tu meke! My team won the quiz day! We answered questions about sport, music, cultures and I even entered the hula hoop competition.

Disco Day

We had D J Spin come into our Centre. I had fun dancing with my friends and singing along to the songs I liked. 

SPCA Op Shop Volunteer

I am a great helper at the SPCA Op Shop. This week we were given a different job, to run some errands for the manager. We took our list and went to the supermarket to get supplies.

Being a volunteer

This week I went down to the food bank to help out as a volunteer. I bagged up the sausages and put them in the freezer. There were a lot of sausages to get ready.

Wilrose cafe

I helped out with the Wilrose cafe by decorating the gingerbread men with icing and then helped whip up some yummy pikelts. I had a few tastes of the pikelts along the way to make sure they were cooked properly.

Sports Group - Marching

What a fun sports group ..... Judy came in to teach us how to do marching. We all had a turn at being the leader with the whistle.

Johnson’s Reserve Walk

I enjoyed going on a bit of a walk in the Johnsons Reserve in Welcome bay. We had a picnic lunch and saw lots of bird life on our journey!

I’m The Greatest Showman!!!!!

I went to the movies with my friends to watch The Greatest Showman then we sang the songs from the movie when we got back to the centre! I was The Greatest Showman then!!!!

Volunteer Group

What a busy afternoon with volunteer group. We went to check out if there was anything
we could do at the Merivale Gardens, then we visited the animals at the SPCA and finally checked out the Fridge Library at the Merivale Community Centre.

Disco fun

I had such a cool day at the disco dancing to my mates music who is D.j spin. I use to go to school with him. I danced all day and had so much fun.check out my moves.
